Every registered delegate will contribute policy recommendations that will be compiled into India’s National Youth Statement on BRICS and submitted through BRICS CCI to relevant Government of India Ministries, BRICS diplomatic missions and other institutional stakeholders.

The preliminary draft is prepared by the Policy Secretariat with mentors from IIT Guwahati, NIT Silchar, Dibrugarh University, IIT Bombay, Tezpur University, the Delhi & Gauhati High Courts, and UN-YOUNGO. Every participating delegate is formally recognised as an Official Co-Author of the adopted Statement.

The National Policy Drafting Parliament additionally awards a Best Amendment Maker (₹2,000) and Best Speaker (₹1,000), judged on content, delivery, clarity, language proficiency and impact.
