Guest Trainer at TATA Elxsi Headquaters

Pratha is proud to have been honored with the invitation for our Founder President to serve as the inaugural guest speaker at the Skill Development Club, at the esteemed headquarters of TATA Elxsi. This event was broadcast live to all TATA Elxsi offices, a privilege typically reserved for the MD/CEO. The event attracted an audience of over 200+ employees of TATA Elxsi and was met with an overwhelmingly positive response.

The public speaking training workshop focused on effective communication strategies, including public engagement tactics, rules of communication, and communication structures such as the Problem, Solution, Benefit structure and the What, So What, Now What structure in alignment with the WIIFM Principle and STAR method. These techniques aim to equip engineers with the skills to navigate complex situations and foster strong relationships with clients through smooth communication.

The workshop also incorporated fun activities and engaging Q&A sessions to help participants overcome their fear of public speaking. Furthermore, the session delved into marketing tactics and strategies, highlighting the impact of small changes on significant benefits, emphasizing the power of perception and understanding the needs of the audience.

Skill Based Training in North Eastern India

Pratha’s unwavering commitment to empowering individuals and communities is evident in her tireless efforts to provide free of cost skill development opportunities. With a focus on public speaking and digital marketing workshops, Pratha has collaborated with several organizations to bring these crucial skills to a wider audience. One of Pratha’s notable initiatives was a training session on Commercialization of Reading & Digital Marketing as well as Public Speaking, held in collaboration with Dibang Library cum hostel. This session was specifically designed for students in the isolated corners of Arunachal Pradesh, who may not have had access to such resources otherwise. Pratha believes that everyone should have the opportunity to develop their skills and reach their full potential, regardless of their location or background.

Additionally, Pratha conducted a public speaking workshop with Vivekananda Kendra for 40+ schools in Arunachal Pradesh, aligning with a speech competition during Sister Nivedita’s 155th Birth anniversary. This initiative aims to nurture confidence and communication skills in students for holistic development..

Key Speaker at North East Calling

The President of Pratha, Mr. Vishal Dutta, was graciously invited as a distinguished speaker at the prestigious North East Calling event hosted by Vivekananda Kendra, alongside esteemed guests Padma Shri Nivedita Bhide, Vice President of Vivekananda Kendra, and Dr. Ganesh Natarajan, former Chairman of NASSCOM.

During this event, the President of Pratha delivered a captivating speech that resonated with the audience, garnering significant attention from the media in Arunachal Pradesh and amassing over 40,000 views within a short span. 

Furthermore, the Founder and President of Pratha was honored at the event, receiving felicitations from the esteemed Chief Guest, Dr. Ganesh Natarajan, Former Chairman of NASSCOM. This distinguished gathering took place at the prestigious Ramabai Hall in Pune, adding to the significance and impact of the occasion.

VIP Guest at the Afro-Asian Conference 2024

Pratha was privileged to attend the prestigious Afro-Asian Entrepreneur Conference at IIIT Delhi as a VIP guest and was represented by it’s Joint Secretary Miss Sheenam Dhingra . The event featured a stellar lineup of speakers, including Falit Sijariya , Head of India’s G20 Youth Delegation, Minister Councellor of the Nigerian High Commission, Dr Nancy Juneja, Founder of MentorX, and Amb Faruk Alkali, representing the Association of African Students in India. 

The conference brought together Indian and African entrepreneurs, non-profit founders, and SDG stakeholders, fostering meaningful connections and collaborations.
